FAQs: the apartments

What is the difference between the 4 apartments?

All 4 apartments offer complete privacy, a fully equipped kitchen, a private sauna, a box-spring bed, and a terrace. They differ in size, ceiling height, and type of pool: Wald 1 and Turm 1 feature a design lounge pool by Italian brand Treesse, while Wald 2 and Turm 2 have a more generous stainless-steel infinity pool (approx. 5x3m and 4.5x3m respectively) with massage jets and an infinity overflow channel. All the pools are heated all year round.

How big are the apartments?

Living spaces range from 90m² (Wald 1) to 120m² (Turm 1). Including terraces and pool, you have between 240m³ to 314m³ entirely to yourself.

Does every apartment have its own pool?

Yes. Each of the 4 Cubea apartments has a private pool for exclusive use – either a design lounge pool (Wald 1, Turm 1) or a stainless-steel infinity pool (Wald 2, Turm 2). No sharing, no audience, no queues.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with premium Miele, Liebherr, and Siemens appliances, plus a coffee machine and tea station. Breakfast is served every morning and the fridge restocked daily with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Who are the apartments suitable for?

Cubea is for adults only. Each apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and is available for your exclusive use. Children and pets are not permitted. The regular minimum stay is 3 nights; 5 nights at Christmas and New Year. Because a proper reset doesn’t happen overnight.

Are there Wi-Fi and places to work?

Yes. Each apartment has Wi-Fi and a dedicated workstation. For when switching off doesn’t mean logging off.
